By placing this order, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to Trinity Halland Haus of Hair policies and terms of service, as well as authorize this charge from Trinity Halland Haus of Hair. You also agree, to show up for your scheduled appointment on time or there will be a fee of $50 at the 15 minute mark. Your appointment will be canceled at the 30 minute mark. If you cancel within at least 48 hours, your deposit is transferable once. If you cancel less than 48 hours, your deposit is none transferable. If you no show, your deposit is none transferable. You acknowledge you understand THHH terms & conditions and agree to NOT dispute this transaction as but not limited to; not authorized, not acceptable, not as described, or not received.
You also acknowledge If you are purchasing a training class, digital product, or hair extension installation service, there is absolutely no refunds or exchanges on deposits and/or payments made. If you are unhappy with your hair extension installation, please voice this prior to you leaving my salon. Otherwise I will take it that you are happy with my hair extension service. Services and/or Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and you agree you will NOT dispute this transaction as not authorized, not acceptable, not as described, or not received.

Due to the nature of this item, returns or exchanges on tangible items are not accepted unless an error was made with your order. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately email Info@TrinityHallandHausofHair.com or Phone us at 866-698-9002. Our address is 6420 Richmond Ave, Houston, Texas 77057. We want our customer to be happy with their purchase. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted after 48 hours of your delivery date.
In the event your items are eligible for a return, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt using the email, phone number or address listed above. IF your return or exchanged is approved, your item MUST be unused and in the SAME condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The lace must NOT be cut and the unit MUST NOT be altered in any way. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We MUST receive a return tracking number within 72 hours of receipt to be considered for a refund MINUS shipping cost. ***THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE***
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the shipping cost) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days MINUS SHIPPING COST. Please allow an additional 3 business days for it to reflect on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items MAY be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
If your return is approved, you will receive instruction on where to ship your return item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach you, may vary. We STRONGLY suggest you use a service that have tracking. Without tracking, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
